Project overview

A photography and videography marketplace covering professional approval, reservations, payments, photo selection, editing, and delivery.

My role

Full-Stack Developer

The problem

Connect discovery and booking with the operational work that follows a photography session.

What I delivered

  • Developed the Laravel backend, Filament administration, and custom-designed frontend.
  • Implemented photographer approval, profiles, portfolios, availability, reservations, and customer booking workflows.
  • Integrated payments and wallets with the booking lifecycle.
  • Built post-booking uploads, customer photo selection, editing requests, administrative review, protected media handling, and delivery workflows.

How the system fits together

Technical architecture Conceptual flow
  1. Photographer approval
  2. Discovery & reservation
  3. Payment & session
  4. Photo upload & selection
  5. Editing & delivery

Engineering challenges

  • Managing several participants and review states across booking, media selection, and final delivery.

Technical decisions

  • Treat the post-session gallery and editing request as part of the booking lifecycle rather than an unrelated upload feature.
